Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. I’m Helia, a wedding planner and event manager with over a decade of experience managing teams, projects, and operations, backed by a globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
I’ve led events ranging from intimate weddings to large corporate celebrations, known for smooth execution and vibrant energy. Alongside event planning, I’m also a self-taught DJ, giving me a unique understanding of how to read a crowd, build energy, and create celebrations that keep guests engaged from beginning to end.
Additionally, I have always had a passion for visual storytelling. In 2016, I was nationally recognized as a winner of the Explore 150 Sweet Spot Photography Contest, a tourism campaign that celebrated Canada’s most inspiring places and shaped the way I design memorable, meaningful celebrations today.
My approach is simple: every event is customized around your priorities, style, and budget. From vendor coordination and timelines to guest experience and atmosphere, each detail is planned with intention
