Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. I’m Helia, a wedding planner and event manager with a background in healthcare management and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. I plan events with both structure and creativity, combining logistics with thoughtful design.

My approach is simple: every event is customized around your priorities, style, and budget — never cookie-cutter. From vendor coordination and timelines to guest experience and atmosphere, each detail is planned with intention.

I’ve led events ranging from intimate weddings to large corporate celebrations, known for smooth execution and vibrant energy. Alongside planning, I’m also a self-taught DJ and a Canadian tourism photography competition winner. This means I bring both rhythm and visual storytelling into the creative process.
