Below is a curated selection of our work. We’ve planned backyard tent weddings and luxury micro weddings in Vancouver, Persian garden celebrations in California, Chinese tea ceremonies, Indian and South Asian weddings, and European ballroom events.

We approach every event as a new canvas, blending your personality, story, values and priorities with our experience. What you won’t see here are the guests raving about how organized everything felt and the countless heartfelt memories

A luxury white wedding at Vancouver club
(downtown vancouver)

Who said micro weddings should be basic?
This white wedding was luxurious and elegant, a celebration that felt straight out of a dream and was created to give the couple’s closest family an experience they will never forget.

(Watch the couple’s reaction to what we created for them by clicking here). The couple preferred not to have their faces shared online, so here’s a glimpse of us providing MC services during this beautiful evening.

Planning highlights

The couple came to us with a beautiful intention: rather than hosting a large celebration, they wanted an unforgettable experience for their closest loved ones. “Instead of a 100-person wedding at a 6/10, we want 20 guests at a perfect 10/10,” they told us. We carefully selected a venue that felt intimate and inviting, a space that wouldn’t feel vast with a smaller guest count, yet offered timeless beauty in every corner. The design included luxurious florals imported from Central America that transformed the space into a romantic haven worthy of the moment. The room seamlessly transitioned from an intimate ceremony setting into a luxurious long-table dinner reception.

To elevate the evening, dinner was served in perfect harmony, with servers placing plates in unison for each course which was a subtle gesture that made the experience feel truly cinematic. The night continued with poetry readings from Fal-e-Hafez, filling the air with love, meaning, and memories that will linger forever.

A Persian Garden Inspired Wedding at Twin Oaks
(San Marcos, California)

A blend of traditional Persian Sofreh Aghd and colorful garden vibes in the heart of a beautiful California estate. The night was filled with 170 of their loved ones dancing under the stars. Color palette inspiration: Persian rug.

The bride was referred to us by one of our past bride’s mother, and we were so excited to work with the couple in California, United States. From our first conversation, the bride said, “I don’t want a fancy ballroom vibe. I want a bohemian garden wedding that feels cozy but looks elegant and timeless.” When the couple asked, “Will it really feel like a wedding if it’s not in a ballroom?” our answer was “a wedding is anything you want it to be; it’s about you and celebrating your love”

We explored different designs and colour palletes until we found the perfect combination that resonated with the couple. The result? A couple who couldn’t stop smiling on their wedding day. Their vibrant Sofreh Aghd, filled with bright colors that blended beautifully with the venue’s garden setting, was a true highlight. The groom’s custom-made green tuxedo added the perfect unique touch.

A colourful Backyard tent Wedding at a Private Residence
(Tri-Cities, BC)

An intimate 30-person wedding. The couple’s priorities were great food and celebrating with their loved ones in the home they bought together. The color palette featured fuchsia, pink, and brown tones, creating a warm and personal atmosphere.

Planning Highlights

Private residence events come with their own unique set of challenges. After the site visit we measure the backyard to determine the tent size that will fit. then we calculated and designed a floor plan that accomodated for dance floor , dinner tables ceremony spcace (that later became the sweetheart table location) a bar and space for catering and staffing crew. We had to work with different flooring (gravel and concerete) and levels to determine what would make the most sense both logistically and also guest flow and experience. All of this preparation led up to the wedding day. The tent was set up the day before, and the décor team arrived first thing in the morning to begin styling. The day unfolded perfectly on time as we led and coordinated all vendors, ensuring every detail came together flawlessly. Bonus design detail: we brought in hand-painted watercolour table numbers , customized just for the couple to match their color palette and bring an extra personal touch to the design. Chinese tea ceremony and a Packed dance floor at Riverway Clubhouse (Burnaby, BC)

A celebration like no other. The day started with honouring family and a tea ceremony, followed by heartfelt vows and a packed, super fun reception. Color palette: shades of fall.

Planning highlights

The sweetest couple ever! These two came to us wanting their friends and family to truly enjoy the wedding day without stressing about setup or takedown. We planned their day so precisely and made it so fun that their guests were raving about it all night. The families were treated like VIPs from start to finish. We even planned games for the reception, which everyone loved. The bride wanted to keep her bouquet, so we came up with an alternative: a premium liquor ribbon-cut game. It was a total hit, and the energy was through the roof! We adapted our planning style to match exactly what the couple envisioned, and the results couldn’t have been better — just perfect.

Starting early means more freedom to explore ideas, and design every detail beautifully. Tell us more about your day and we’ll take it from there.
